The Pfizer vaccine was administered to 265 people in four hours.

DURANT, Okla. – Southeastern Oklahoma State University partnered with the Oklahoma State Department of Health to offer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine free of charge to all Southeastern faculty, staff and students on March 31, 2021.

Others eligible to receive the vaccine were retired university faculty and staff and Southeastern alumni from Bryan County.

A total of 265 individuals were administered vaccinations at the event, which was held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Glen D. Johnson Student Union.

Participants pre-registered through an online link.

The second Pfizer vaccine will be administered on April 28.
