The priority deadline to apply for 2021-2022 scholarships at Southeastern Oklahoma State University is quickly approaching. The final day to submit a priority application is Monday, March 1. The application will close Aug. 1.

The process is simple and only takes a few minutes to complete. Application portals for new, current and transfer students can be found at se.edu/financial-aid/scholarship-information.

All incoming freshmen and transfer students who have not previously applied for scholarships will be asked to create a login.

Students must be admitted before they can complete an application. If your admission is not complete, contact the Admissions Office at (580) 745-2060.

The general application will take no more than a few minutes to complete. Once submitted, students are automatically considered for most scholarships.

After submitting this form, students will be able to view additional scholarships. It is important to review the list of additional opportunities as they may only be offered to certain demographics such as Native Americans, specific majors or geographic locations.

Many scholarships are awarded based on merit and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some also take financial need into consideration.

Applying early is encouraged, but late is better than not at all.

Scholarship recipients will be notified in mid-April via their student email if they have been selected to receive an award.
