Southeastern Oklahoma State University is happy to formally announce that a new dining and gathering spot is coming to the campus with an anticipated opening in the summer of 2021.

Einstein Brothers Bagels will be located next to the SE Barnes & Noble store on University Boulevard. EBB will initially be open for breakfast and lunch with a menu that includes bagels, salads, wraps, sandwiches, desserts and a full-service coffee bar licensed through Caribou Coffee. It will also be the first EBB at a university to feature a drive-thru.

I am truly excited to partner with Einstein Bros. and Sodexo to bring this well-known national brand to our campus and Durant.  It will provide a third option for our students, faculty and staff, in addition to the Southeastern Cafeteria and Magnolia Eatery. With its location on University Blvd and a drive-thru option, it will be a convenient community location as well.

The new facility is primarily funded with capital dollars made available in our Sodexo Food Services contract, and will allow purchased through our current University meal plan options.

Construction and renovation for the new EBB will begin shortly with an anticipated opening date of Summer 2021.

I hope you will join me in my excitement for this project, as we continue to grow and improve Southeastern.
